Develop and implement quality management systems and processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage quality assurance initiatives, interface to customer quality representatives, provide expert guidance to project teams, and drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve the highest standards of quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Your Tasks:
- Develop, implement, update, and ensure adherence to overall quality assurance goals and plans.
- Ensure compliance of software development cycle activities with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 9001, ASPICE, TTTech internal development processes and procedures and approve tailoring if necessary.
- Integrate quality activities into projects and align them with applicable Project Management processes.
- Interface with the customer appointed quality representatives and align quality related activities and reporting.
- Provide comprehensive quality status reporting to management and offer support for BU Risk Management.
- Manage PDCA processes for addressing process deviations.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improvement goals to track quality performance.
- Conduct Project Management Consistency Reviews and ensure successful escalation of quality issues to higher management levels.
- Establish and maintain documented development procedures and methodologies in alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
- Spread quality culture and oversee onboarding across all relevant areas and throughout the entire project/product.
- Drive and manage internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and adherence to standards.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in technical studies with a focus on software.
- Experience and knowledge of full V model and additional ASPICE processes.
- Knowledge of the Functional Safety Standards.
- ALM Tools, Quality Metrics
- Results and Solution Orientation. Decision-Making and Prioritization. Attention to details and high level of integrity.
- Very good command of English
