April 8, 2025, Vienna/Austria – TTTech Auto is pleased to announce that Dr. Stefan Poledna, Co-Founder and current Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective April 1, 2025. He will continue to serve as CTO, maintaining his pivotal role in driving the company's technological advancements. Dr. Poledna will ensure a smooth transition of TTTech Auto into NXP, after the transaction closes, which is expected to occur after receiving customary regulatory approvals.
The management change follows the planned departure of Dr. Dirk Linzmeier at the end of March.

Dr. Poledna brings over 30 years of experience in automotive systems and software development to his expanded role. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in establishing TTTech Auto as a leader in safety-critical systems for software-defined vehicles (SDVs). He has led the development of groundbreaking solutions such as the safety middleware platform of the first true ADAS domain controller. Dr. Poledna has authored and co-authored more than 80 patents and several publications. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in computer science with distinction from Vienna University of Technology, where he also lectures on Dependable Computer Systems.
As CEO and CTO, Dr. Poledna will lead TTTech Auto into its next phase of growth and innovation, ensuring even greater success in the future under the umbrella of NXP and continuing to deliver cutting-edge solutions while maintaining its commitment to safety and performance.
