The TTC500 can be used as a platform for vehicle prototyping and development as well as a powerful control unit for series programs e.g. as VCU, for (electric) power train applications or vehicle dynamics control systems – even in low volumes.
The freely programmable high-end controllers with a powerful dual-core ARM Cortex®-R4 lockstep processor are protected by a compact, automotive-style housing suited for harsh environments.
A group of 8 I/O pins can be individually configured for use as voltage output, digital output or analog input. Commissioning time is also improved by utilizing Ethernet for downloading and debugging purposes.
The controllers fulfill safety requirements of IEC 61508 SIL 2, EN ISO 13849 and ISO 26262.
We provide off-the-shelf electronic control units and displays to accelerate time-to-market in vehicle development.
