As a Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate and optimize the flow of materials throughout the company's supply chain network, ensuring timely product delivery, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Your Tasks

• Coordinate with local and group stakeholders and external service suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Optimize and implement logistic processes to reduce shipping costs and delivery times. 
• Manage warehouse operations by optimizing space, streamlining order fulfillment processes, controlling inventory and stock, and managing electronic waste.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines governing transportation and logistics operations.
• Support and assist other departments as needed to fulfill customer orders and meet business objectives.
• Supervise incoming goods related to goods receipt, goods inspections and coordinating technical inspections, scanning and labelling good entries, uploading the information into the system. 
• Streamline the delivery and shipping including logistics processes (picking, packing and delivering items), management of customs clearance, transport coordination, certificate of conformance, certificate of origin and in-house distribution.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, including procurement, distribution, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Motivated and committed team player with a curiosity for innovation
• Flexibility and a solution-oriented working style are among your strengths
• Good command of English is a must, in addition, German is preferable
