We are looking for a Test Manager that is ready for new challenges, willing to join the team in our Barcelona office within Electronic Controls Design House where you will contribute to projects within the areas of secure gateways. Electronic Controls Design House helps car manufacturers build state-of-the-art E/E architectures ensuring functional safety, cybersecurity and performance for production programs of all sizes.

Your tasks:
 

• Leading the Testing Team towards successful project execution
• Developing the test strategy, test plan and test schedule based on assigned project
• Prepare and review test reports
• Regular reporting to PM and relevant stakeholders
• Securing availability of test inputs (including test environments)
• Performing risk assessments and acting as defect manager for issue tracking

Your Profile:
 

• Over 3 years of experience in embedded systems and platform integration testing
• Proven expertise in system and software validation
• Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR, including configuration and debugging in a multicore environment
• Extensive experience with state-of-the art testing frameworks and tools
• Competence in C/C++ and Python
• Extensive experience with requirement management and ASPICE standards
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Test management experience
