Your Tasks

• Partner with hiring managers to review and post clear job adverts, position requirements and recruitment strategies 
• Organizing and conducting the full cycle of recruitment and selection process – recruitment, reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers 
• Managing hiring processes via internal Applicant Tracking Systems 
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with ongoing activities 
• Sourcing active ( Boolean search ) and passive candidates from a variety of recruitment channels 
• Fostering long-term relationships with past and potential candidates 
• Developing, optimizing, and managing company profiles in order to promote our values and career opportunities 
• Creating and participating in employer branding strategy and initiatives 
• Organize student internship programs and maintain relationships with local colleges 
• Contribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as required. 
• Participation in other HR activities and projects

Your Profile

• University degree in social sciences with a focus on psychology and human resource management
•  3+ years of experience in recruitment activities in the IT industry and employer branding activities
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Advanced level in English (verbal and written) 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Innovative and proactive approach 
• Team spirit and a positive, flexible approach 
• Experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage
