Your Tasks
- Partner with hiring managers to review and post clear job adverts, position requirements and recruitment strategies
- Organizing and conducting the full cycle of recruitment and selection process – recruitment, reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers
- Managing hiring processes via internal Applicant Tracking Systems
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with ongoing activities
- Sourcing active ( Boolean search ) and passive candidates from a variety of recruitment channels
- Fostering long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Developing, optimizing, and managing company profiles in order to promote our values and career opportunities
- Creating and participating in employer branding strategy and initiatives
- Organize student internship programs and maintain relationships with local colleges
- Contribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as required.
- Participation in other HR activities and projects
Your Profile
- University degree in social sciences with a focus on psychology and human resource management
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment activities in the IT industry and employer branding activities
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Advanced level in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative and proactive approach
- Team spirit and a positive, flexible approach
- Experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage
