Your Tasks

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
• Support new employees during their probationary period to ensure successful adaptation.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Contribute to HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and process improvements

Your Profile

• University degree in social sciences with a focus on psychology and human resource management
• 3+ years of  proven experience in recruitment and general HR functions in the IT industry 
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Advanced level in English (verbal and written) 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Innovative and proactive approach 
• Team spirit and a positive, flexible approach 
• Experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage
