Your Tasks:
- Develop and maintain a wide range of customer-facing documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles, tailored to various audiences and levels of expertise
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of customer documentation, ensuring easy access, version control, and compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and legal requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to monitor product changes, updates, and enhancements, and ensure timely updates to documentation to reflect the latest features, functionalities, and best practices
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of customer documentation to identify and address any errors, gaps, or inconsistencies, and continuously improve content quality and relevance
- Develop training materials and resources to support customer onboarding, product adoption
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer documentation, technical writing, and user experience design
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably in the automotive or software industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Active usage of documentation tools for collaboration (e.g., Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint)
- Experience with the docs-as-code approach in maintaining product documentation (Git version control system, Sphinx framework, reStructuredText/Markdown syntax, code editors such as Visual Studio Code or Notepad++)
- Familiarity with automotive systems, software development, or related technical domains is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory
